Refund Policy

Trials (Piracy Shield, Link Rescue)

Cancel any time before your trial ends and you are never charged. We email you before the trial converts. If you forget, and are charged on day 8, write us within 48 hours — we refund that first charge, no questions.

First-charge guarantee

If the service has materially not run for you — fewer than 3 takedown notices dispatched (Piracy Shield), fewer than 10 links processed (Link Rescue), or zero drift checks completed (Compliance Sync) — you get a full refund within 7 days of that first charge.

Later months

Cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and the current month keeps serving. We do not do partial refunds for unused weeks — the swarms work those weeks whether you watch them or not.

How to get one

Email hello@imagiolabs.com (or reply to any Lemon Squeezy receipt) with your subscription email. Lemon Squeezy processes the refund on our instruction; your bank’s posting time is the only wait.

Chargebacks

Please write us first. Chargebacks freeze the whole account including your evidence archive; a refund does not.
